New construction work encompassed approximately 188,000 square feet of new facility, while the existing school received 110,000 square feet of interior renovations and upgrades. The exterior areas and site work include a new gymnasium, locker rooms, auditorium renovations, a new cafeteria, band room, classrooms, lockers and hallway upgrades. Architectural highlights include a new masonry arch entry, stamped concrete and stairs. The project also consisted of the construction of a new one-story 28,500 square foot metal building with masonry infill and partitions. Finishes include gypsum board systems, acoustical ceilings, resilient flooring, carpet and athletic flooring.
