ECI delivered a new ground-up dealership for Hanover Mazda, formerly Champion Mazda, through full design-build services—including complete architectural, structural, and MEP design along with construction management and general contracting. The dealership features CMU foundations, structural steel with CFMF wall framing, and EPDM roofing, with a pre-engineered metal service wing at the rear. Exterior finishes include ACM panels, aluminum curtain walls, EIFS, and metal siding, while the interior is finished with ceramic tile, painted drywall, and interior glass partitions. The site incorporates three underground stormwater management systems to support efficient drainage. Opened on June 13, 2024, the modern facility reflects Hanover Auto Team’s mission to provide personalized care and remain a “dealer for life.”
