Central Pennsylvania native, Bill Eichelberger, grew up surrounded by the construction industry and quickly learned the trade through the family business. He has been building for over 40 years and continues to build. Bill and his wife, Teresa, founded Eichelberger Construction, Inc. in February of 1992.

Now known as eciGroup, the company has grown to be recognized as one of the premier construction and contracting organizations in the area. We have over 200 dedicated employees paying attention to client needs, and our clients’ satisfaction is reflected in the enduring relationships we have built with customers.

eciGroup is dedicated to exceeding customer expectations while providing first-class, quality construction services. We are committed to developing strong client relationships, working efficiently and delivering a finished product with excellence, commitment and integrity.

We offer specialized services through four distinct divisions; eciConstruction, eciWireless, eciService and MidState Mechanical Electrical. eciConstruction remains the core of company business during the past twenty five years, and provides a full range of general contracting, design/build, and construction management services, with a history of successful projects.

eciConstruction’s focus markets are senior living facilities, corporate offices, hotels, medical facilities, banking facilities, and retail stores. Additional primary segments are public and private education, college and universities, municipal facilities, warehouses, and other commercial and government buildings. .

William P. Eichelberger, a lifelong resident of Central Pennsylvania, grew up immersed in the construction industry. Learning the trade hands-on through his family’s business, Bill developed a deep understanding and passion for building that would shape his career for decades to come.

In February of 1992, Bill and his wife, Teresa, founded Eichelberger Construction, Inc. What began as a modest venture has grown into eciGroup, one of the premier construction and contracting organizations in the region. With over 250 dedicated employees, the company continues to thrive on a foundation built on experience, commitment, and integrity.

A Commitment to Excellence

From its inception, the company earned a reputation for delivering high-quality results in general contracting, construction management, and design/build services. Projects span a wide array of sectors and clients.

Expansion and Diversification

In 2003, Eichelberger Construction, Inc. was reorganized as eciGroup, Inc., establishing a corporate structure to oversee a family of specialized companies. That same year, breaking ground on a new headquarters at 124 W. Church Street in Dillsburg, PA.

  • eciConstruction – Remains the core of company business. Focused on new construction and renovation for commercial, industrial, and institutional projects, in both private and public sectors.
  • eciWireless – Specializing in wireless communications infrastructure, including tower erection, site preparation, and switch station construction.
  • eciService – Providing full-service facility maintenance, client-specific construction, and insurance restoration.
  • eciResidential – Offering custom residential construction for new homes and additions.

The eciGroup campus now spans nearly four city blocks and includes corporate offices, warehousing, fabrication and automotive shops, and equipment yards.
