Shippensburg High School recently upgraded its athletic facilities with a new turf multisport field, track, grandstand, and LED scoreboard for both home and visitor sidelines. eciConstruction prepared and poured the foundational beams for the bleachers, installed spread footings, set columns for the scoreboard, and built and installed all sports equipment. We coordinated the entire project, including resolving a pacing slope issue on the track by milling and correcting the surface to meet specifications. The new field will host soccer, field hockey, and football. The school also hopes to utilize the multipurpose scoreboard as a move screen for community events.
