eciWireless partnered with T-Mobile to complete a critical relocation project at Harper’s Ferry, moving equipment from a double guy tower to a new self-supporting structure. Alongside the relocation, our team executed a full equipment upgrade to support enhanced network performance. Despite challenging conditions with high winds that temporarily grounded the tower crew, we maximized efficiency by preparing all cabling and components in advance. The result was a smooth, safe installation that improved reliability for T-Mobile customers in the region.
