This 4000 sq ft recital hall is located on the Dickinson College Campus in Carlisle, Pennsylvania. Renovations began with demolishing the original 1979 facility, with all finishes stripped down to the block walls and floor. New sub-surface plaster walls were installed to support ‘wheat-board’ panels. High-end finishes included sound panels, wheat-board screens, new seating, overhead sound clouds, and floor finishes. The project also included a new sound system and computer-controlled lighting. This project was ‘fast-tracked’ over the summer break holiday, with all work completed before the start of the fall semester.
