Recognizing the need for improved space, energy efficiency, and accessibility, the owner entrusted eciConstruction to deliver a state-of-the-art replacement that would honor the site’s legacy while meeting today’s visitor needs. The result is a brand-new facility built on the same footprint, providing increased square footage, smarter use of space, modern building systems, and ADA-compliant accessibility.
