eciConstruciton was grateful to be selected as the general contractor for Keystone Health's second location in Chambersburg. We completed a new three-story medical office building for Keystone Health in 2025. Serving as General Contractor, we managed all scopes of work and provided design-build services for the structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing trades. Built on a small, previously developed property, the project required careful planning and site logistics to keep construction efficient. Like our first Keystone project, the design-build delivery method offered a streamlined approach to bidding and contracting, ensuring a smooth process and a high-quality result. This second successful collaboration reflects the strong partnership we've built with Keystone Health and our ability to deliver consistent results.
