Built from the ground up, eciConstruction delivered a new two-story, 34,000 SF medical office building for Keystone Health, marking our first project with their team. As General Contractor, we managed every scope of work for the building’s construction and provided design-build services for the structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing trades. Located directly across the parking lot from Keystone Health administration building, the project required careful traffic control planning to keep existing facilities fully operational. The design-build delivery method made this project unique in its bidding and contracting approach, in a custom experience for our client.
