Before the aroma of funnel cakes and corn dogs fill the air, a C.O.W (Cell Tower On Wheels) will arrive at the York Fairgrounds to ensure ample coverage for live-streams, snapchats, and selfies. York Fairgrounds

C.O.W.s are set up to provide service in locations that have a temporary influx in population. This includes heavily attended affairs such as concerts, festivals, and sporting events.

The York State Fair is held from July 22nd to July 31st, so Verizon is placing a C.O.W early to provide seamless service to their customers that are attending. .
