Windsor Township Public Works Facility

Construction included a new 28,340 sq ft pre-engineered metal building structure for the Public Works Facility and a 7,680 sq ft wood framed Salt Storage Building. The Public Works Facility features include indoor parking for up to 22 township vehicles, 2 bays for vehicle repair with an overhead engine crane, wash bay area, offices, storage rooms, a storage mezzanine, restrooms and locker rooms. Architectural features included split faced masonry walls, metal wall panels, standing seam metal roofing, aluminum framed windows and entrances, sectional overhead doors, ceramic tile walls & floors in locker rooms and restrooms, and VCT flooring and acoustical ceilings in the administration area.
