Winding Hill Business Park

This 39,730 sf. office / educational facility is used by the University of Pittsburg for educational purposes. Constructed with interior and exterior metal stud infills and interior dry wall finishes. The exterior finishes of this project are brick veneer with cement plank siding along with the impressive feature of the 2 story curtain walls that provide both natural light and also a view of the surrounding area. The building layout is set up with office/classrooms along the exterior perimeter of the building to allow for the center section to have large open areas divided by folding portions for large group instruction and conferences.
