Menno Haven Cottages Phase II

Chris Lengle is the superintendent for the Menno Haven Cottages Phase II projects in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania. This 12-month project started on December 6, 2021, with the footers for the first duplex unit, the project is slated for completion on December 31, 2022.
eciConstruction is building 11 duplex units containing 22 independent living cottages for Menno Haven. We currently have 4 duplexes under roof and are framing the fifth. There are 10 foundations in place with the eleventh foundation in progress. The first unit is in the drywall and trim stage, the second has drywall up, and the third is in the rough mechanicals stage/has the rough mechanicals installed. Stone veneer is also going up on some of the units. Chris anticipates stringing lines for the curb, which is laid down by automatic curb machines, during the week of April 18th and paving the week of May 3rd.
