Joint Bio-Medical Research, Fort Detrick

Ft. Detrick Joint Bio-Medical is a 22,000 sf structure with LEED Certification Pending. It was built for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. Primary construction included the administrative facility, UPS system, fire sprinkler system, storm water regional pond, site utility relocations, loading dock, special foundations and building information systems. The building includes an open 3-story inner hallway, admitting natural light to inside offices.
