Located in Biglerville, this $2 million dollar project consisted of a new 2-story, 12,134 square foot building with steel frame structure, pre-manufactured wood truss roof structure, and concrete masonry foundations. The exterior consists of brick veneer, aluminum clad wood windows, and asphalt shingles. Interior partitions consists of painted gypsum drywall, along with painted wood trim and wood doors, acoustical panel, drywall ceilings, carpet, ceramic tile, VCT, and sheet vinyl flooring.
