Gaudenzia at Gibson Boulevard

This project consisted of the new construction of a 14,000 SF, three-story drug and alcohol rehabilitation center to house 12-16 clients in a residential setting. The building is primarily wood construction with masonry and cement board veneer in the exterior surfaces. The main features of this building include a lobby entrance, client dormitory rooms with private bathrooms, community laundry, eating and recreational facilities. Site development involved building into a steep slope with wetland protections and a stream crossing for utilities. Also several retaining walls and a masonry Dumpster enclosure were included. The total duration of this project was 11 months.
