Country Meadows – York

This Design/Build project incorporated architectural elements to join three existing care buildings with a dining and administrative addition. The octagon-shaped connector utilized steel and timber framing to create a three-story cathedral ceiling. The main entrance included an arched portico drive area for client vehicle access. Project exterior included stone veneers, EIFS and a standing seam roof. The completion of the 11,000 sf connector allows the Phase II renovations to continue, adding personal care apartments and social service spaces. The combination of additions and renovations will ultimately yield the facility over 106,000 sf of under-roof building and building accessibility.
