Bio Agriculture Building

This $6.8 million project consisted of a 37,700 sq ft, three-story addition to the existing PA Veterinary Laboratory. The addition included laboratories, equipment rooms, offices, truck decontamination areas, a loading dock and a mechanical penthouse. Additional parking, building access roads, retention pond expansion and landscaping were also included.
