We are looking for a Handyman/Carpenter to join our team! The primary responsibility will be general
carpentry repairs and minor renovations, with some basic electrical and plumbing-related tasks.

Responsibilities:
Minor repairs to structures, both exterior and interior
Turnover/renovation tasks in places such as retirement homes and apartment villages
Basic plumbing and electrical tasks during renovations and remodels
Respond to emergency service requests (after-hours services are not frequently required at
our company)

Qualifications:

Previous all-around handyman or carpentry experience
Familiarity with rough and finish carpentry in a variety of settings
Own a standard set of tools to perform duties
Ability to handle physical workload
Ability to pass a drug test
Valid PA driver’s license in good standing
