Responsibilities:

· Perform rough and finish carpentry, including framing, trim work, cabinetry, and flooring.
· Install doors, windows, and other structural components.
· Assist with minor plumbing and electrical work as needed.
· Work efficiently and safely in various construction work environments.

Position Requirements

· Minimum 3 years of experience in residential carpentry
· Comfortable with trim work, cabinetry, flooring, and door/window installation
· Basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems
· Must be self-motivated working independently and as part of a team
· Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
· Professional communication with customers and co-workers
· Ability to document activity on-site throughout each workday
· Personal basic hand and power tools required; must have reliable transportation
