Are you an experienced, motivated individual looking for a new challenge and would like to be part of a great team of people? We are seeking a multi-skilled and experienced individual with both Human Resources and Accounting experience to join our team. The primary responsibility will be leading and overseeing all aspects of our HR operations, while having the ability and knowledge to assist with the finance and accounting departments.
Job Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company’s overall business goals.
- Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and retention processes to build a strong workforce.
- Manage employee relations, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Administer benefits, and compensation programs.
- Work closely with and assist the finance and accounting team.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Postion Requirements:
- Five years of proven experience and a successful history in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- The ideal candidate will have diverse business skills, including accounting practices.
- Knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
- Analytical thinker with excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to oversee confidential information with integrity.
