Forrester Lincoln Vitrine is a brand-new dealership in Chambersburg built on an existing car lot. eciConstruciton provided preconstruction and design services including constructability feedback and value engineering, followed by full construction management and general contracting for the new build. The dealership features CMU foundations, structural steel and CFMF wall framing, EPDM roofing, exterior metal wall panels, curtain walls, and polished CMU. Inside features drywall, polished ceramic tile, and custom Lincoln millwork create a sleek, refined space. With no major challenges during construction, the result is a crisp, clean facility designed to deliver both style and performance.
